You are more BEAUTIFUL than YOU think.

I have been thinking about this video for awhile now and I watched it again tonight. I know that I am my harshest critic. I work with young women around the age of 16 to 18 years of age. What am I teaching them if I don't believe what I am saying to them? I am working to change may negative mindset about myself and I hope in doing so I can help others feel better about themselves too.
